In addition to writing
Historical Fiction, Allie Bates writes short stories, non-fiction, book reviews, and professional articles under other pseudonyms. She reviews fiction for My Shelf, for Enchanted In Romance, Romantic Interludes, and Novelspot, edits for several publishers, for Grammarstore, and critiques professionally. She is a member of Dark-Romance Novels group. Currently she has two stories in The Abyss, one in Arabella Magazine, and a poem "When I am Dead" in Busenhalter.
Punctuation notwithstanding, she is a licensed English teacher with a BA in Creative Writing and a MA in Teaching Secondary English.
